An Obituary

HOLLY, MICH. — Cora Belle Truesdell was born in the township of Rose, Oakland county, on July 5, 1876. She was the daughter of Gamaliel Truesdell and was married to Perry Hunt on Nov. 4, 1896. She died April 8, 1903, after an illness of several months from tuberculosis, aged 26 years, 9 months and ten days.

She leaves to mourn her death her husband and two small daughters, besides a father, brother, sister, and a host of friends.

The funeral services were held April 10 from the Rose town hall and interment was made in the Rose cemetery. Rev. F. A. Kuder, of Holly, officiated. Many beautiful floral offerings attested the high esteem in which the deceased was held by her friends.

A loving one from us has gone
A voice we loved is stilled,
A place is vacant in our home
That never can be filled.
