Franklin B Nutt of Freedom in the County of Waldo in the State of Maine being of sound and disposing
mind and memory, but mindful of the uncertainty of this life, do make, publish and declare this my
Last Will and Testament, thereby revoking all former wills by me made.
After the payment of my just debts, funeral charges and expenses of
administration, I dispose of my estate as follows:
First
I give and bequeath to my Grandson Erle C Nutt my family Bible, and his
fathers picture.
Second
I give and bequeath to my Grandson Emerson K. Nutt his Grandmothers picture
and the chamber set I had when I began housekeeping.
Third
I give and bequeath to my Grandson Payson G. Nutt one hundred dollars and my
watch and chain.
Fourth
I direct my Executrix herein named, to deliver the bequest to my Grandson
Payson G. Nutt, as soon after my decease as he shall attain the age of
twenty-one years.
Lastly I
give, bequeath and devise to my wife Isabel Augusta Nutt, her heirs and
assigns forever all the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, real,
personal and mixed, wherever situated and however and whenever acquired; and
I name my said wife Isabel Augusta Nutt, to be sole executor of this my last
will and testament, hereby revoking all wills and codicils by me made, and I
direct that no bond shall be required of her.
